Army arrests supects in kidnapping of Liban Lait owner

Suspects in the abduction of Ahmed Zeidan, the owner of Liban Lait, were arrested earlier today according to a statement by the Lebanese army.

“Army units raided the houses of the suspects in the Bekaa towns of Britel, Haour Taala and Ayn al-Jouz,” the statement said, adding that the units found the suspects in possession of weapons.

Liban Lait is one of the largest dairy companies in Lebanon and its owner was kidnapped by gunmen at gunpoint in Talia a Bekaa town in Eastern Lebanon , National News Agency ( NNA) reported on Wednesday

    this is the police job to arrest people domestic crimes, not the army , the army should be  watching for national securities threats of the country , example going after all illegal weapons ,  some forigners carries rockets and missiles and cannon , which army and country in the world respect itself and allwow those groups with heavy weaopns on its soil and  within there land to exist?????????????????????????????????? this army has,nt done there job and is not doing it now . and god knows if they ever do it ???

      if they were allowed to , they would have done it.

      it was’t by coincidence the syrian regime made sure that there is an accord exists between the police and the army that the army has the right to intervene to “help’ police which eventualy lead to the army taking control of thugs on the streets instead of defending the border…

      it is all the Assadi regime’s fault mate!
