A riot erupted at the Amyoun prison in Koura , north Lebanon after the security forces tried to prevent smuggling of drugs into the prison .
The security forces are now in complete control of the prison and were able to end the riot
The riot was started by 2 inmates Yehya al-Ayoubi and Haitham Allaw.
Allaw’s mother reportedly tried to smuggle drugs into the jail, but was detained by the security forces and the drugs were confiscated.
The riot ended after Allaw’s mother was released

Maybe there will be a follow-up – although there often isn’t. Probably got off with a stern warning … and I bet she sweated … but her son probably ‘asked’ for them … and women do what they are told, right? 😉
So, if that’s the case, just lengthen the sentence of her son. That might have results!
