Military court sentences several Lebanese / foreigners

The Lebanese permanent military court headed by Brigadier General Nizar Khalil,in the presence of of the Military Public Prosecutor Judge Rahif Ramadan issued its verdict in the case of 3 men who were either accused of dealing with Israel, or belonging to a terrorist organization .

Mahmoud Ziad Khrebe was sentenced to 3 years of hard labor and stripped of his civil rights for collaborating with the enemy and for belonging to an armed terrorist group and for planting and detonating explosives inside residential premises with the aim of killing innocent civilians

Tunisian National Fathy Nasir Hussein Alasadi, was also sentenced to 3 years of hard labor and stripped of his civil rights

Tariq Ahmed Hujairi was sentenced to 2 years and stripped of his civil rights.

Fugitive Muhammed Salih Al-Ride was sentenced in absentia to 15 years and stripped of his civil rights and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

He escaped from Roumieh prison.

All the above are members of Fatah al Islam terrorist organization and tried to carry out terrorist acts

Palestinians Khaled Jamal al-Din was sentenced to 3 years of hard labor and stripped him of his civil rights

Fugitive Abdul Rahman Mohammed Awad, was sentenced to life with hard labor and stripped of his civil rights and a warrant was issued for his arrest. He planted explosives in Rumaileh South Lebanon that resulted in the injury of peacemakers and passers-by.
