4 Border Security members wounded when chase ended in a crash

Lebanon’s national News Agency reported that Four members of Lebanon’s Joint Border Security Force were wounded when their 4 wheel SUV ENVOY collided into a light pole and overturned while chasing a suspicious car on the Halba-Qbayet public road on the outskirts of the northern town of West Tal Abbas.

The four wounded Border Security Force members were rushed to the Rahal Hospital in Akkar for treatment. One is in a serious condition

Internal Security forces began tracking the suspicious car.

The Joint Border Security Force consists of members and officers from the Lebanese Army, General Security, Internal Security Forces and Lebanese Customs.
