Bahrain grants a tract of land to the Coptic Orthodox to build a Church

bahrain mapThe head of the Orthodox Church in Bahrain Father Royce George has confirmed the granting by the king of Bahrain a tract of land for building a Coptic Orthodox Church.
The granted land is in the capital Manama and the church is expected to serve more than 1,500 Egyptian Coptic families that reside in both Bahrain and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

    They will drive many miles on Sunday and use gas. Bonus.
    (I thought all the ‘religiously interested’ would be all over this one by now… It’s a ‘Good News’ story, however.)
