I.S. threatens to behead another Lebanese soldier if demands not met

ISIS fighters 2isisA brief conversation took place between the Muslim Scholars Committee representatives and those of the I.S. in Qalamun and the latter threatened to behead another soldier within 24 hours if the government does not meet their demands, MTV reported on Monday evening

The report added that I.S. sent with the body of the martyr Ali al-Sayyed a list containing the names of the prisoners it wants freed and if these detainees are convicts, the issue will require a decree signed by all ministers.

According to the MTV report I.S. is demanding the release of 10 Islamist prisoners for each freed Lebanese hostage.

Meanwhile LBCI reported that the beheaded soldier al-Sayyed was buried in the outskirts of the Syrian town of Flita and that the Syrian air raids on the area delayed the body’s arrival.
