Over 50 rockets fired from Gaza into Israel, report

Rockets and mortars from Gaza have pummeled southern Israel, drawing Israeli airstrikes that killed a Palestinian militant.

Israeli police say more than 50 rockets and mortars landed in Israel early Wednesday, following a volley the night before.

22 of the rockets landed in the Eshkol region while 21 landed in the Lachish region, according to the Israel Police. The Iron Dome intercepted seven rockets, according to an IDF spokesman.

The Israeli military says its aircraft struck Gaza twice early Wednesday.

Gaza health official Dr. Ashraf al-Kidra says a Palestinian militant was killed in one of the air attacks.

Residents of the southern Gaza village of Khouzai say a mosque there was hit for the second time in weeks.

Hamas officials say security forces have been ordered to evacuate their bases, fearing Israeli retaliation. They spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss the order.

          funnily enough i had written a whole paragraph in reply to your question but then i decided to leave it to your phd or whatever to figure it out so i deleted it, now i see that was a huge mistake.
          anyway if you still need an answer then read @Leborigine:disqus ‘s comment above. Maybe that would help. hizb is fighting falafelists/zionists/ameriCANCERs in syria in order to maintain the support of bashar to the palestinian people. Thats what they are doing alhamduillah

          “If” is a big word Moe, it has elements of hesitation and concern. That is where the statement “as if” comes from. “As if” means;  I’m definetly not going to do that / not into that/ don’t beleive that / etc. If you do not believe me, you can ask your philosopher friend 10-452, who is a jack of all trades and master of none, it might be able to assist you!

          Below are a few phrases where the word “if” can be used more appropriately, with a little less humour than your original phrase;

          If a deaf kid swears, does his mom wash his hands with soap?
          If a fly loses its wings, would it be called a “walk?”
          If a turtle loses its shell is it naked or homeless?
          If vegetarians eat vegetables, what do humanitarians eat?
          If people can have triplets and quadruplets why not singlets and doublets?
          If i  went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman, “Where is the self-help section?” If she told me, it would defeat the purpose.
          If cannibals eat clowns, would they taste funny?

          I really hope your wishes do come true and that iran and syria can drop 5000 a day or even 5000 in one hour. It would be really interesting to see how israel will retaliate. I have never seen a syrian or iranian city float in space before.

    First they fire 50 rockets on civilians and then when israel responds they go crying to the whole world. If you call them they will come. this time, don’t go crying that you will have 5000 dead. the same with you lebanon smartas…try firing 50 and you will get 5000, try 5000 and you will go back to the stone age.
