Free Syrian Army chief refuses to give ‘Written Guarantee’

The Commander of the Free Syrian Army refuses the Syrian regime demand for a ‘written guarantee’ to end fighting.

Col. Riad al Assaad, the leader of the FSA told Al Arabiyah on Sunday that he refuses to give guarantees to a regime that is nothing but a criminal gang. Assaad , however said he is willing to give guarantees in writing to the international community
