Families of Lebanese in Israeli jails urge Mikati to help free them


The “Committee of r families and friends of Yahya Skaf who is a prisoner in Israeli jails has urged PM Designate Najib Mikati to include in his government agenda the issue of Lebanese who are missing and prisoners in Israeli jails , pointing to the fact that Skaf has been detained by Israel for several years. The committee also reminded Mikati about 2 other Lebanese in Israeli jails Abdullah Alian and Mohammed Farran. The committee pointed out that hard evidence confirms their presence in Israeli jails. The Committee expressed hope that “Mikati will take this issue seriously and force the enemy ( Israel) to reveal the fate of the prisoners and work to release them. ”
