Hezbollah, Amal officials head again to Syria, report

Hussein Khalil, Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah’s political aide and MP Ali Hassan Khalil , Amal Movement leader Nabih Berri’s political aide headed again to Damascus , Syria secretly Saturday afternoon to meet with the country’s officials, MTV reported.

MTV did not elaborate any further.

This is their second trip to Syria this week. Their last trip was on Thursday a day prior to the announcement of MP Walid Jumblatt that he decided to join the opposition candidate. Pressure was reportedly exerted on Jumblatt by Syria and Hezbollah to switch allegiance . The premiership consultations are set to start tomorrow at the Baabda palace

      Yes they did! Let’s kill couple of the MP’s who are going to vote for Hariri therefore we can have the upper hand in electing Karami. With all the Smart MP’s out there they choose Karami who did nothing in his previous time when he was MP. This guy is a looser and a Syrian agent. So i see how they want to run the country using someone like him to follow orders blindly. If they don’t have a secure vote by tomorrow i am sure they will obstruct and delay the voting process until they’re satisfied with some MP’s to vote for them. So they can depend on Syria and Iran to help them, but if we look for another arab country they say do not look for outside solutions and interference. what a bunch of hypocrytes.

    All I can say is good buy Lebanon my visit this year will not be. Lebanon is the new state of Iran. Long gone the very little freedom you had. Your Cedars will be uprooted.

    The Axis of evil unite in the same manner we saw back in WWII. This time, it will be fought on Lebanese soil and as always, it’s victims will be the people of Lebanon. Kiss emmon@!@ It would be nice to have someone plant a similar bomb used on Rafik and place it underneath their ugly asses and send them on a one-way trip to hell!
