Assad heads to Saudi Arabia to meet king Abdullah

The embattled Syrian President Bashar al Assad, is heading to Riyadh on Wednesday to meet with Saudi King Abdallah bin Abdel Aziz, according Okaz newspaper

The meeting, according to the Saudi paper will highlight bilateral relations at the political, economic and trade levels; in addition, to discussing the Palestinian peace process and dialogue and the developments in the Arab world.

Assad has been facing the biggest challenge to his rule. Popular protests demanding greater freedoms and an end to corruption erupted about a month ago in southern Syria and spread to the capital Damascus and most cities in Syria

    I believe this time the Saudis finally got Assad by the balls. Either you help the Sunnis in Lebanon or we let the Sunnis protest in Syria until Hell freezes over. Woof the dog is coming out to pick up his bones and Bashar and Maher and his filthy rotten brother-in-law will be dragged to the gas chambers soon by the good and honest freedom seekers in great land of Syria.
    Next target will be Hezbollah and Iran. Their involvement with the security officers in the killing field of Syria people will not go unoticed. they will be rage and retribution against those two from the Sunnis for sure.
