The head of the Orthodox Church in Bahrain Father Royce George has confirmed the granting by the king of Bahrain a tract of land for building a Coptic Orthodox Church.
The granted land is in the capital Manama and the church is expected to serve more than 1,500 Egyptian Coptic families that reside in both Bahrain and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
