Oh boy that’s going to start a little war on the border here. many Sunnis will be upset and blame hezbollah for it. here we go again another distraction from the trash. first we created the garbage crisis to deflect people attention from the Presidency now we create another deflection that’s bound to stir some troubles in that area. they will shoot at the army and few soldiers will die and Hezbollah will use the attack the army as takfiris.. the viscous cycle starts again. Does the Devil has any surprises for Lebanon? please let’s just get it out and get it over with.
Oh i forgot the devils work is never done.

When you see the pictures, it’s hard to believe it could ever be a thriving up&coming metropolis – even if it makes the headlines a lot. End of the road place. But it might be hard to know if it was the wedding that was the target, or the scholars who just happened to have selected Arsal for a meeting – considering how some feel about marriages and all.
Of course, maybe ISISies think they got the short end of the stick once Russia arrived. Could have held out for better ‘deals’ if Scholars were not getting in the way.

Yes it’s really sad.. we are our own enemies and the enemies of the states. we always looked outside for support and help to crush the other groups. everybody accuses side of being a traitor one way or another. there are no true patriotism. the only school that teaches that is the army and everybody else in my opinion sucks. we need a dictator to run Lebanon in a good way. not like Saddam, Bashar or SISSI. but someone who is firm and strong believer in Lebanon. as long as we are divided we will always be surrounded by trash.

Middle eastern scholars aren’t recognized as scholars in the rest of the world, it is stretching it a bit.

Palestinian Edward Said is a recognized Scholar.
“According to a 2005 search on the utility “Syllabus finder,” Said’s books were assigned as reading in eight hundred and sixty-eight courses in American colleges and universities (counting only courses whose syllabi were available online). These ranged across literary criticism, politics, anthropology, Middle East studies, and other disciplines including postcolonial studies, a field widely credited with having grown out of Said’s work. More than forty books have been published about him, including even a few critical ones, but mostly adulatory, such as The Cambridge Introduction to Edward Said, published seven years after his death of leukemia in 2003. Georgetown University, UCLA, and other schools offer courses about him. A 2001 review for the Guardian called him “arguably the most influential intellectual of our time.”

One of those places, Libnan, where they don’t ‘test the waters’ first?? Tsk tsk …
Of course, if he had been ‘home on leave’ from some parts of Syria, he may have used it already.
