Farid Geagea, father of Lebanese Forces leader Samir Geagea passed away on Tuesday at the age of 96, according to local media reports
His funeral will be held on Thursday, June 12 in the Mar Saba Church in Bsharri at 5 p.m.
Condolences will be received before and after the funeral as well as June 13 at the church and on June 14 and 15 at the LF headquarters in Maarab.
Very little is known about Geagea’s father but he reportedly was was an adjutant in the Lebanese Army.
The LF leader reportedly received condolences from Parliament speaker Nabih Berri, former PM Najib Mikati and PSP leader Walid Jumblatt.
