The US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) has been operating a secret airbase for unmanned drones in Saudi Arabia for the past two years.
The facility was established to hunt for members of al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula, which is based in Yemen.
The US media had known of its existence, but had not reported it until now.

If I was a drone I’d be bored just flying around the ’empty quarter’ — I’d much rather be busy doing things in, say, Tehran!
Be careful you don’t get hacked out of the Sky like the Rq170 sentinel and numerous other drones. Funny no one can even figure out till this day how they do it. Israeli drones in Azerbaijan had to close the doors of the hangers because they where going to get hacked out for there hangers!!
