The long-awaited thunderstorm, rain and snowfall that hit Lebanon during the past two days resulted in substantial damages in the Shouf region of Mt. Lebanon.
In the town of Kfarhim , the residents woke up Sunday morning to find out that a load-bearing wall had collapsed on their cars.
In the nearby Deir Dourit, the floods turned the roads into “swamps” and made the passage of vehicles almost impossible.
The town of Baaklin also had its share as the winds uprooted the trees planted on the two sides of the road.
