Internal Security Forces Director General Ashraf Rifi appointed Colonel Imad Othman as head of ISF Information Branch after to replace Wissam al-Hassan who was assassinated in a car bombing on Friday in Beirut’s Ashrafieh, National News Agency reported on Sunday.
NNA added that Rifi consulted with Interior Minister Marwan Charbel before appointing Othman
