8 wounded in clashes in north Lebanon

Eight people were wounded in clashes in north Lebanon between residents of Jabal Mohsen and Bab al-Tabbaneh in the city of Tripoli. The clashes started on Friday evening and continued till Saturday morning, National News Agency reported.

The wounded were identified as : Khalid Mohammed Kayed (Palestinian) , Nour tamer and Issa Sltini (were transferred to Al Zahra Hospital), and Mohamed Al Shokor Mohamed Shadid (were transferred to al Sayyida hospital), Osama Mansour, Khaled Fatima, Ali Mahmoud (Islamic Hospital ).

The report added that clashes started between the Al-Baqqar and Jabal Mohsen areas of the city and spread to a number of neighborhoods between Bab al-Tabbaneh and Jabal Mohsen.

New TV reported that intermittent gunfire was heard after the Lebanese army was depl0yed to end the fighting.

    Nice they are putting the names … good they are in the ‘right’ hospitals … imagine waking up in the ‘wrong’ one. ๐Ÿ˜‰
