Prime Minister Najib Mikati met Thursday with US Deputy Secretary of State William Burns and they discussed the latest developments, National News Agency reported.
The meeting that took place at Beirut’s Grand Serail was attended by US Ambassador to Lebanon Maura Connelly.
Burns arrived in Beirut Thursday evening.
