Lebanon , US discuss military cooperation

Lebanon’s army Commander General Jean Kahwaji received on Wednesday US Military Attaché Colonel Paul Ross and discussed with him cooperation between the military of the two countries, National News Agency (NNA) reported.

The report did not elaborate any further.

Since the withdrawal of Syrian troops from Lebanon in 2005, the U.S. has contributed more than $700 million to the Lebanese military according to local reports.
