Al Jazeera TV reported on Monday that prisoner exchange took place between Assad’s forces and the Free Syrian Army (FSA) . The report was based on a statements provided by Local Coordination Committee on Monday .
“The prisoner exchange is taking place in the north-western Idlib province” the report said adding that it follows FSA attack on Assad positions within the province leading to the killing of 3 officers and the capture of 19 soldiers
