Syrian troops shelling Lebanese town of Arida, Aljazeera

The Syrian army arbitrarily shelled the Lebanese town of Arida, which is near the border with Syria, Al-Jazeera TV reported on Friday

“The arbitrary shelling is targeting the residential are of of the town , and people are not able to move from one place to another,” an eyewitness told Al-Jazeera.

The eyewitness also said that “the Lebanese army arrived to the town but soon retreated due to the shelling.”

Update : 2 Lebanese women were reportedly wounded as a result of the shelling by the Syrian troops. MTV reported on Friday

      Probably not possible … they have to beg Hezzy’s for the rockets and shells, then transport them north. 🙁
