Hezbollah denies reports that one of its officials fled to Israel

Hezbollah issued a statement on Thursday night denying alleged reports that party members were arrested for collaboration with Israel.

Hezbollah’s statement followed reports sent to Lebanese subscribers of a news service on Thursday saying that five members of Hezbollah were arrested for collaborating with Israel, adding that a Hezbollah official identified as Abou Abed Salim fled to Israel.

“These reports are false… and the person named ‘Abou Abed Salim’ was never a Hezbollah official,” the statement said without specifying his role in Hezbollah

  8. Does any one in Lebanon really know how many Hezballah officails/members have been found to be Israeli agents!!!
Why is this surprising!!! How long is it going to take the Lebanese to wake up and smell the roses!!! mr. nasrallah delivers speeches of hate and instigations about Israel, about the United States and about the Lebanese government being pro western and his organization is more pro-israeli undercover supporter. I am not saying all his followers are that way, but it seems that Nasrallah and his top aides are more pro-israeli for the ineteset of destroying Lebanon than to work for a better future for the country that shelters him…
maybe someday, nasrallah himself will defect to Israel…
