Abdo: STL indictment is a giant step towards the unity of Lebanon

Former ambassador Johnny Abdo said the issuance of the indictment is a giant step towards the unity of Lebanon, saying that this matter may be only the tip of the iceberg and the beginning and not the end.

Abdo , in an interview with MTV said: “I hope the March 14 leaders will not confront the other team which along with its allies will be confronted by the International Tribunal, the judiciary and the International community.

Abdo added: “Lets wait and see if the new cabinet will agree to finance the Tribunal. If it does not we will then know they don’t want to support it.

Abdo then asked: “Does Mikati feel that the people around him consider themselves above the state ? Mikati should know that no one has anything to do with the government except Hezbollah and Syria, and he should also know that the Sunni community in Lebanon, is with Hariri by a large margin and 99% of them are with Lebanese sovereignty. ”

In response to a question Abdo said : “Did you notice that the indictment did not mention Hezbollah but names of individuals . It is about time Hezbollah should show some humility independence and sovereignty. Does the party consider itself bigger than the entire region and are they ready to face the entire international community?”

The Special Tribunal for Lebanon issued the indictments in the assassination of Lebanon’s former PM Rafik Hariri . An STL delegation met with Lebanon’s state prosecutor said Mirza on Thursday and handed him a copy of the Lebanon portion of the indictment which includes four names: Mustafa Badreddine, Salim Ayyash, Hassan Aneissy, Assad Sabra.

Yes Lebanon HA think they are above the law of Lebanon and the international community, but mostly they think they are better than the rest of the Lebanese people.
Where do they spend the money they have, not on Lebanon but on the south just on thier people. This is not a party for Lebanon but a sect for one side.

They want a khilafat, now that things are so bad in the ME,people are hungry, no jobs and people being killed this is the chance for them to end the western way of life and the destruction of Isreal and the NON beleivers. Take the rites of women, men and push the world back 500 years. This is not my voice this is what they say every day on Tv and in front of the people. They even have a Khilafat conference all over the world.
Call me crazy but this is not from my brain this is what these Radicals are saying on a daily voice.
