7 killed in an explosion at a gas station in Beirut

An explosion of the diesel storage tank at a gas station near Fiat Bridge in Beirut’s Corniche an-Nahr neighborhood resulted in the killing of 7 people and in the injuring of several people, according to local reports

The owner of the station was reportedly amongst those killed.

The bodies of 6 of the people killed were transferred to Hotel Dieu and one body was taken to Rizk hospital. The wounded were equally divided between both hospitals

    Even stupids know that accumulated gas pressures in underground tanks explodes from a little spark of fire.
    It is a stupid human mistake. May God rest their souls in peace.
