Qazzi predicts Jumblatt will return sooner than later to March 14

Deputy Chairman of the Phalange Party Sejaan Qazzi predicted that PSP leader MP Walid Jumblatt will return sooner than later to March 14.

In an interview with MTV Qazzi pointed out that the absence of Free Patriotic Movement and MP Walid Jumblatt supporters was not significant in Sunday’s rally in Martyrs Square ”

In a country of 4 million people, more than one million Lebanese of all faiths… Christians, Druze , Muslim Shiites and Sunnis demanded that Hezbollah be disarmed as they rallied to mark the sixth anniversary of the Cedar Revolution, the uprising which inspired the recent revolts in the Middle East, International news agencies reported.

Commenting on Sunday’s rally by March 14 supporters against the non-state weapons Jumblatt said in remarks to be published Tuesday:“No one agrees to using arms domestically because such an action is destructive to national unity and all achievements fulfilled following the Taif Accord.”

    The lebanese people are really strange, I have not yet seen 1 politician serious and sincere about the future of lebanon. they are more intersted in trash talk like its a soap opera or a comedy show.

    A new political party must be devolped now, a party that calls all factions that want peace and justice with out external interference to join and stop this freak show to continue.

    Sunnis, maronites, shias, druze, etc should reaffirm their aliegance to Lebanon and lebanon only, No to America, No to Iran No to Saudi infleunces, people want to live, work and raise families. the only thing thats happening now is that politicians living the high life and expanding their personal empires.

      “A new political party must be devolped now, a party that calls all factions that want peace and justice with out external interference to join”— Yeah, im not too sure if you watched the rally or have been even listening to the M14 message, but this is EXACTLY what they are doing lol…they want peace, all arms with the government, and justice served….No Turning Back from the terrorist factions that are poisining our society, we are standing together against the criminal terrorists who at any moment can send us into a war in the name of Khomieni and friends…
