Many Egyptian protesters reject Mubarak’s proposal

Many protesters who are gathered in Cairo’s Tahrir Square appeared to reject President Hosny Mubarak’s proposal to step down at the end of his term in September, saying it was “not enough”

‘Not enough,’ chanted some of the tens of thousands of protesters in the square.

A protester with the April 6 youth movement said :’We reject this as not fulfilling our demands.’

It was unclear if the Egyptian masses who attended the day’s protests would be satisfied to wait until September.
