Lebanon ‘s minister of Information Tarek Mitri told reporters following the cabinet meeting at the Grand Serail that the cabinet has decided to ask Khaled Ziadeh the Lebanese representative at the Arab League to represent Lebanon at the Arab summit in Libya.
