Zahle in our Heart parliamentary bloc leader MP Tony Abu Khater told OTV on Tuesday: “No one consulted us (Zahle MPs),”
Abu Khater said the president is free to appoint Chahine in the committee, adding, “We respect Chahine as an academic person, but at the same time, the professor does not have popular support and is not involved in politics.”
