Lebanese President Michel Suleiman returned to Beirut from Paris after spending the New Year holiday with his family in France.
The president met with French president Nicolas Sarkozy yesterday to discuss Lebanese-French relations and peace in the Middle East conflict. Sarkozy was reportedly interested in the meeting Suleiman’s had with US president Barack Obama
