All but one of 12 Ukrainian crew members were missing after a cargo ship capsized in international waters some 80 km (50 miles) off the Lebanese coast, the U.N. peacekeeping force in Lebanon said on Saturday.
An Israeli military source identified the ship as a Togolese-flagged Turkish cargo vessel that was heading to Israeli port of Haifa. The source also said that Defense Minister Ehud Barak has instructed Israeli navy to take part in a search operation led by UNIFIL.
