Hariri: Let us not miss this promising opportunity

Lebanon’s Prime Minister Saad Hariri said during a dinner thrown in his honor at the Biehl Center :

“I tell you, and I tell every Lebanese man and woman: We are standing at the threshold of a real, concrete, and promising opportunity which we will not be forgiven by our children and grandchildren if we lose it. An opportunity that if we seize is itself the opportunity that can compensate the entire citizen’s lost chances,”

Addressing those who doubt the chances of Lebanon’s prosperity in the shadow of Israeli threats Hariri said : “The enemy’s threats against our country are real and clear, but that boosts our national unity. National unity boosts stability, and stability boosts productivity and achievements.”

Hariri added: The only reason I decided to be in the government is you .. the Lebanese citizens …you are the only reason I am here
