Hamas sources have revealed to As Safir that their leader Khaled Meshaal will be visiting Lebanon before the end of the year and that his trip had been planned since a long time
Meshaal plans to discuss the reconstruction of Nahr al-Bared , ” a Palestinian priority “, and will also discuss the issue of civil rights of Palestinian refugees in Lebanon.
