During an interview with Kuwaiti newspaper al Anbaa , March 14 MP Marwan Hamadeh called for the formation of a national salvation cabinet to restore order and prepare for the 2013 elections.
In response to a question about the claims that the current cabinet has international and Arab support Hamadeh decried the claims as “a myth and illusion.”
He said:” look how is the world community dealing with us on financial matters…Look at how the Arab community is dealing with us on tourism . Where is the international support they are claiming?…on the contrary all the ones we talk to from the International and Arab community stressed that Lebanon needs a salvation cabinet that meets the aspirations of the Lebanese people
