The National News Agency (NNA) reported that Syrian national Haitham Mohammad Rahhal was slightly injured when a hand grenade thrown by anonymous perpetrators at 8 p.m. on Sunday exploded near the UNRWA schools in Tyre’s al-Bass Palestinian refugee camp.
Rahhal was treated at Tyre’s public hospital, added the NNA
