Aoun claims he was the target of an assassination attempt

On his way to Batroun from Jezzine, MP Michel Aoun’s convoy passed through the city of Sidon in southern Lebanon. Aoun later told his supporters in the town of Batroun in north Lebanon that his convoy was attacked in Sidon and he was subjected to his fourth assassination attempt.

The Free Patriotic Movement leader assured his supporters that those who attacked his convoy will be found . He added :” I don’t know why they want to assassinate me ,I never killed anyone . All I am trying to do is fight corruption .”

Hezbollah chief Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah contacted Aoun to check on his health following the announcement that he was subjected to an assassination attempt.

    Fight corruptions? aren’t you nice orange Tweety..never killed anyone.. how many you have assasinated with your sharp tongue? how many soldiers died because of your adventures? how dare you to say that the Army is not capable of fighting Israel? where you capable while back fighting they Syrian Army? why didn’t ask your masters in Iran and Syria why didn’t they trained and armed the Lebanese Army when they were in control of everthing in Lebanon. Instead they choose one sect and not even all islamic sect. that tells you the agenda behind the whole thing. I am sure if the lebanese army given much attentions then and trained them well as much as hezbollah Israel would think 10 times before it attacks Lebanon. now we have you as clowns as much as Nassrallah speaking on behalf of Iran. Thanks to you who sold lebanon to the mullahs? i am wandering how could he afford to build a TV Station.. where did he work before? he was just a general.. how could a general have so much money?how could Bassil Buy Batroun and all the surrounding areas while just being a minister.. fighting corruptions my orange artz..

    some people argue ignoring the way their leaders have stolen lebanon

      you automtically decided that i follow clowns like you.. i do not care about any leaders. but when you got paid 15 million dollars from Rustum Ghazalli in France while the soldiers who fought hard on his behalf rottening in Syrians Jail.. how dare he make a deal with the devil.. who is being corrupt here. tell him to shut up and stop talking period.

        i am not aouns follower but sorry to be rude with you here; USA made this deal for us and if we were intelligent enough we should have never fought against assads syria and the tripartite agreement might have been the best solution for us; notice now that the syrian army is doing the same war we were doing against barbaric islamisation of the whole area as well as of the world; notice also that even shiites have realised that the real war is not against israel but against salafism; israel barking war against us & hizbollah retaliating to it is nothing but theatre: barking dogs do not bite & its corollary biting dogs do not bark. Easy to understand: if bibi says hassan or husni or assad is a good friend, he will burn him and maybe bury him; on contrary bibi saying assad is a terrorist that we need to eradicate, well you do not need a phd like hannibal to guess that this is just for local consumption and what bibi is doing is just consolidating the assad regime; even naked 5thdrawer can guess it. Mind you democracy, dictatorships, freedom, cartoons….. all of these are subjective feeling catalysers and usa uses them indiscriminately to mobilise the mass. So lets wake up and start to think objectively and at least refrain from participating to acts that dig our tomb; i fully understand we are, all of us, just pawns, without any power to change events, we are just being manipulated, at least let us understand the game, pick up what suits us and perform it religiously, and fake to perform what does not go into our interests while effectively trying to make it fail. For that, one needs two conditions: one should know what he wants and what he is fighting for: not just fighting for aoun or geagea or hariri or hizbollah or assad or fsa, second and most importantly, be devillic machiavellic like father assad was: to be able to walk in between the rain drops without getting wet
