Nine injured Syrians were transferred by the Red Cross to hospitals in North Lebanon and Tripoli, the National News Agency reported on Thursday.
The injured Syrians entered Lebanon through the Bekaa town of Al-Qaa, located in the Syrian-Lebanese border, the report added.
The UN says more than 6,000 people have been killed in the crackdown on Syrian protesters who have been demonstrating against the Baath regime since mid-March.
Thousands of Syrians have fled to Lebanon seeking refuge from the violence.
