MP Sami Gemayel proposes electronic voting in the parliament

Phalange party MP Sami Gemayel submitted on Monday a draft law to allow electronic voting in the parliament, a statement issued by his office said.

The statement added that the draft law would provide a transparent and exact vote tallying, and help document the voting in the registers and memorandums of the parliament.

    Oh dear … from sensible to stupid. !!!
      Does he try to use Leb’s internet system at all??  Not counting the horrible coverage, SOME things also require electricity. !!  Let’s not go TOO FAST …Let’s also not forget some voting in Florida … by electronic whizzes … seemed to become a horror story …
