Maronite patriarchate’s secretary Toq dies from a heart attack

Voice of Lebanon reported that Maronite patriarchate’s secretary, Monsignor Youssef Toq passed away. He died from a heart attack and will be buried at his hometown of Besharri in northern Lebanon on Saturday.

His body was reportedly found in his bed on Friday morning at the seat of the patriarchate in Bkirki after he failed to appear for breakfast.

The monsignor was scheduled to take his summer vacation on Friday and spend it in Besharri.

Maronite Patriarch Beshara al-Rai will lead the funeral procession at the Saint Saba church at 4:00 pm Saturday.

        Oh damn, Prophet & Sebouh … now you make me blush … but I’m happy if there’s some sense in it for you – or some humour. 🙂
        Actually, I was just sitting around with nothing to do one day, and happened upon a good read from Ghassan Karam. And then, that a few people had added good comments. So I thought I’d stick in my 2-cent’s worth. Kind of fun too.
          Thanks. I admit it’s a different mind here ….

      Drinking Arak and Smoking Arjili relaxes the human sensation. You might equate it to the rat race we live in, it 101 degrees in Philly and traffic jams off the wazzo.
