Lebanese Forces won the LBC case

The Lebanese Forces won the case against LBC Group General Manager Pierre Daher , according to Lebanon Files

Samir Geagea, leader of the Lebanese Forces filed a suit in 2007 charging that LBC should have been returned to the party as soon as he was released from jail in 2005. On the other hand Daher disputed LF’s charges by claiming he built up the company using outside investments.

Investigating magistrate in Beirut, Fadi al-Anesi  issued the indictment against LBC , represented by its chairman Pierre Daher and members of the Board of Directors and affiliates charging them with breach of trust, embezzlement , fraud and concealment of money of the the plaintiff and the smuggling of these funds.
