A vehicle loaded with about 1 kg of explosives was found in northern Paris, local media announced, cited by RIA Novosti.

It was reported the driver was detained.

The area around the vehicle was closed-off.

Earlier today US Secretary of State John Kerry, Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov and United Nations and Arab League Special Envoy to Syria Lakhdar Brahimi held a sitting in the French capital city.

      the story is confusing I thought the car was loaded with explosives yet the bomb was only 1 kilo? did my brother write this article? he exaggerates all the time .
