The Lebanese army said on Sunday it arrested 18 gunmen in Tripoli after one of its units came under gunfire in the area of Zahriyeh, National News Agency reported.
NNA also said on Sunday that army units confiscated weapons from warehouses in the area of Qobba, Tripoli
At least 15 people have been killed in fighting between pro- and anti-Syrian factions in Lebanon’s norther capital, Tripoli.
