Geagea wants to be president says Rameh

Change and Reform bloc MP Emile Rahmeh told OTV on Monday that Lebanese Forces leader Samir Geagea wants to be the president of the country.

“Geagea is a Maronite [Christian]. Is there a Maronite who does not aspire for the presidency?”

The MP also commented on Saturday’s LF ceremony commemorating the 18th anniversary of the party’s dissolution and said Geagea’s “openness” to Arab countries was a “positive sign.”

However, he said that he wonders if such an openness was based on conviction.

Rahmeh added that “most of those who clapped for Geagea during the ceremony at BIEL were in support of dissolving the LF at the time.”

Why would he want to be president?
So he can become a puppet of Hezb el Sheetahn and the Syrian-Iranian Regime and stripped of any power or dignity?
