Cisco, EIB, Riyada Start $50 Million Fund for Lebanon Business

Cisco Systems Inc., the European Investment Bank and Riyada Enterprise Development, a unit of Abraaj Capital Ltd., started a $50 million fund to provide long- term capital and institutional support for enterprises in Lebanon.

The fund will invest in 13 to 15 small and medium-sized businesses, the companies said in an e-mailed joint statement.
