MTV reported that the the Lebanese army did not prevent the fleeing Syrians from entering Lebanese territory.
The TV station also reported that gunshots are still being fired from Syrian territory into Lebanon.
Thousands of Syrians fled to Lebanon following the crackdown .
Witnesses told Al Sharq al Awsat newspaper that the “Syrian town of Tall Kalakh has become a ghost town after it was abandoned by about five thousand of its citizens who fled to Lebanon and after 13 protesters were killed.
