According to local media reports the adoption of articles 31 and 32 of the 2010 budget was a constitutional violation , because the articles did not get the required 2 thirds of the votes of the members of the cabinet.
For this reason the Ministry of Finance considers these articles as “not approved ” and has decided to leave this up to the cabinet tackle during the upcoming meeting.
