All participants at a meeting in Deir al-Qamar , Shouf region ) comprising former Cabinet ministers as well as former and current MPs and town officials unanimously agreed to nominate Antoine al-Boustani as head of municipality and Pierre Jamil Adwan as deputy head.
Boustani, who lost the parliamentary election last June when he ran against Dory Chamoun is a member of March 8 alliance
