A Lebanese woman , Hasnaa Hussein was killed and four others were wounded when a hand grenade was tossed during a family dispute in the al-Zahrani district town of Arab Tubbaya.
Another grenade was used during the clash but did not explode .
The fighting according to local media was due an old family dispute .
The wounded were identified as Fatima, Amani, Dib and Jihad, all from the Hammoud family.
Security forces intervened and started to pursue the perpetrators.
