Beirut MP Imad Hout, an official with Al-Jamaa al-Islamiya urged Prime Minister-designate Najib Mikati to precede the formation of a cabinet by leading a dialogue between rival factions to agree on a common plan to form a government of true national unity, if this fails, Hout said he had asked Mikati to form a cabinet of technocrats with no political affiliations, to deal with the cost-of-living and infrastructure problems.
Addressing Hezbollah Hout said , if the party believes it is innocent then it should accept the special Tribunal for Lebanon and its indictments
