Kuwaiti newspaper al Anbaa was informed by Lebanese sources that nothing has been decided yet regarding the visit by Syrian Prime Minister Naji al-Otari to Beirut , noting that the results of Saad Hariri’s visit to Damascus will begin to show up in the second half of this month . Prior to that time there will not be any visits between the ministers or or the prime ministers of both countries.
